Overview

The Administration section has subsections for:

UsersSet up and configure users and maintain user profile information, including the security question and answer used for verification when requesting a username reminder or to reset password.
OrganisationsSet up and configure organisation details and scan preferences.
Data ManagementManage member and corporate scan data, once due diligence has been carried out and it is no longer required.

User

Used for setting up and configuring users and maintaining personal details.

person Compliance Officers have access to the User subsection for the purposes of managing users in their organisation(s) including adding new users, disabling users, changing user roles, login and contact details. All profile information can be managed by the Compliance Officer on behalf of users except for security Question and Answer which are managed by the individual.

person Auditors have access to the User subsection for the purpose of reviewing the list of users, user details, and permissions.

person person person person Advanced User, Standard, Billing Officer and Data Entry Operator users have access to the User subsection for the purposes of maintaining personal details only. These users can update their own password and profile details including Address, Postal Address, Phone Number, Fax Number, Email Address and security Question and Answer.

These users cannot change the Username or User Role. If changes to these details are required, they will need to contact their organisation Compliance Officer to change these on their behalf.

The security Question and Answer are only visible to the individual user.

Organisation

Used for setting up and configuring organisation details including enabling of features.

person Compliance Officers have full access to manage organisation details including organisation scan settings, assigning users, and changing watchlists for scanning. Compliance Officers can also add or disable organisations under the parent organisation they are assigned to.

person person Advanced Users and Auditors have restricted access to the Organisation subsection such that they can view all organisation profile details but are not able to make any changes.

person person person Standard Users, Billing Officers and Data Entry Operators cannot access the Organisation subsection.

Data Management

Used for cleansing member and corporate scan data and whitelist information, once due diligence has been carried out and it is no longer required.

person Compliance Officers are able to delete historical scanned data and whitelist information on behalf of the organisation.

person person person person person Advanced Users, Standard Users, Billing Officers, Data Entry Operators and Auditors cannot access the Data Management subsection.
