ID Verification matches are based on Exact matches only.

The following information is displayed, where available, for each scan match found for the specified parameters:

    • To be compliant with Safe Harbour, reporting entities must:

    • Verify the person's name from at least two data sources
    • Verify the person's date of birth from at least one data source
    • Verify the person's address from at least one data source
    • An address is included in the verification in one or both of above two verification requirements.

To view details for the match, click on a record. Where a profile is not found and unable to be verified, the searched record is not clickable.

Details for the matched entity are displayed in the Data Source Details popup window, which can be dragged and dropped to a different position on the page to aid viewing.

Data Source Details

The Data Source Details window displays information that can be used to help you determine whether a match is real and the likelihood of the member being a risk under your organisation’s KYC obligations.

Each data source selected for verification is displayed in individual tables and contains all available information of the profile.

The types of information returned from the data sources is dependent on the data source and are described below.
